What happens after I accept the quote?
We will arrange a convenient time and date to collect your vehicle. We’ll also handle all the necessary paperwork, including the Certificate of Destruction (CoD).
Do you collect any vehicle?
We collect most makes and models of cars and vans, regardless of their condition. However, there may be some exceptions. Contact us to discuss your specific vehicle.
What if my car is missing parts?
We may still be able to collect your vehicle, even if it’s missing parts. Please let us know the condition of your vehicle when requesting a quote.

What do I need to provide when you collect my car?
You will need to provide the vehicle’s registration document (V5C) and proof of ownership. You will also need to sign a collection note.
What is a Certificate of Destruction (CoD)?
A CoD is a legal document that confirms your vehicle has been scrapped responsibly. We will provide you with a CoD after your vehicle has been processed. This is your proof that you are no longer responsible for the vehicle.
What if I don't have the V5C?
Contact us to discuss your options. In some cases, we may be able to collect the vehicle without the V5C, but additional documentation may be required.
How long does the collection process take?
The collection process is usually quick and straightforward, typically taking around 15-20 minutes.
Do you offer same-day collection?
We will try our best to accommodate same-day collection requests, but this is not always guaranteed. It’s best to book your collection in advance.
Will you take my personalised number plates?
You will need to remove your personalised number plates before we collect the vehicle. You can then transfer them to another vehicle or retain them.
